    In November 2016, I travelled to the US to visit my daughter. I was suffering piles. During the travel, it increased when I  got down from the flight. My pant is latterly soaked with blood. I used many available medicines, no improvement at all. For about  10 days I suffered. There were times I decided to go back to India and showtime doctor or undergo surgery. Fortunately, I saw your lecture on YouTube. Mudra therapy. I practised Apana Mudra followed by Prana Mudra. As you suggested in the video 40 minutes and 15 minutes, the improvement shown from the third day. Now last December onwards I stopped taking any medicine for Piles. I would like to thank you very much for the knowledge you are giving to the public. I endorse your saying. Painless  Drugless  Therapy is Mudra Therapy. Put in practice result is certain.     Dr. Jayshree, One more occasion to share the mudra therapy effect.  My daughter was pregnant,  as I  saw in your video. I asked her to do Apana vayu mudra for 15 minutes a day from the start of the 9th month.  She did,  the doctor gave the date of 17th November, but it prolonged one more week. On the 25th of November at 4.13 am in San Diego time she gave birth to a baby girl, normal delivery.  I am a bit tense,  including my wife. Because she underwent a cesarean,  the baby's weight is 3.4 kg. So once again mudra therapy is science and it has been proven. I hope you do more research on this science and take it to the public.     My  personal self expireance about special treatment  by mudras special therapy, मला मुद्रा थेरपी चा आलेला अनुभव, मला सकाळी उठल्यावर कधी कधी शौचाला फार त्रास व्हायचा त्यावेळी मी वायू मुद्रा केल्याने माझा त्रास कमी होऊन लगेच सुलभ शौचाल झालं, रात्री निद्रा येत नव्हती काही तणावामुळे डोक्यात विचार चालु असायचे  अशावेळी मी ज्ञान मुद्रा केल्याने मला शांत झोप आली, जेव्हा बसनी किंवा ट्रेन नी प्रवास करताना माझे डोके गर गरून चक्कर यायची घाम ही यायचा तेव्हा प्रवासात मी प्राण मुद्रा केल्याने मला त्वरीत त्रास कमी होऊन आराम मिळाला, मुद्रा थेरपी है फार चांगले विना पैशाचे विना औषधाचे आहे म्हणून मला असे वाटते की ही मुद्रा थेरपी चे ज्ञान सर्वांनी अवगत करून अवश्य शिकुन आपले व दुसऱ्यांचे इतरांचे आरोग्य सुरक्षित ठेवावे, ही मुद्रा थेरपी मला माझी मुलगी डॉ. जयश्री रविंद्र यशवंते नी शिकवली, धन्यवाद
